James brings more than twenty-five years of Pennsylvania law enforcement and municipal code work to every inspection. Before founding Be Safe Inspections, he served as Director of Code & Safety for Hempfield Township, overseeing property maintenance, occupancy, and code administration.
That job is the reason this company exists. Limited staff. Fragmented tracking. A board that wants progress without turning Main Street into a war. He has sat on that side of the table.
He holds ICC certifications as a Residential Building Inspector and a Property Maintenance Inspector, plus fire inspector credentials. InterNACHI training in residential, commercial, radon, and wood-destroying insects sits underneath the municipal work.
